What's included

The service, end to end.

  • Pre-production audit

Factory walkthrough on materials, tooling, and workshop conditions before the first unit is stamped. Pet-safety red flags surfaced up front, not after the container ships.

  • In-line + AQL inspection

Random sampling during production plus AQL 2.5 by default. Pro clients get 1-by-1 checks on chew strength, seam integrity, and hardware pull-tests.

  • Safety-cert paperwork

ASTM F963 chew-toy filings, EN 71 EU compliance, and FDA food-contact certificates for bowls and feeders — archived per batch.

  • Defect resolution

Anything that fails QC is rework-first, rejected-second. We coordinate replacements with the factory and re-inspect before the goods ship.

Why us

Why brands choose us.

  • In-house inspectors, not subcontracted

Our own QC team visits the factory floor — we don't outsource inspection to a third-party agency that never saw your product brief.

  • Rework before reject

Defects get a rework-first resolution path coordinated directly with the factory, not a blanket rejection that stalls your shipment.

  • Paperwork archived per batch

Every certificate and inspection report is kept on file and available on request — audit-ready for retailer compliance checks.

Workflow

How we work together.

Book the inspection

Send us the PO, factory address, and inspection level you want. We assign an inspector within one business day.

Pre-production sample

First-off sample is chew-tested, wash-tested, and photographed. Sign-off before the line runs at scale.

During production

Random pulls at 25%, 50%, and 80% completion. Photos and defect log shared with you in real time.

Pre-shipment inspection

AQL check on finished goods with a full report before the container seals. Ship, rework, or reject — your call.
