What information we collect
- Contact and quote-request forms: name, your preferred contact method (email or WhatsApp), company name, country, business type, product category, quantity, target market, budget range, message, and an optional file attachment.
- Newsletter sign-up: first name, last name, and email address.
- Automatically, on every visit: your IP address, used only transiently to prevent spam and abuse (rate-limiting). It is not stored in a database or linked to your form submissions.
- Analytics, only if you accept cookies: pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, time on site, general location) via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). See our Cookie Policy for details.

- To respond to your sourcing inquiry, provide a quote, or arrange a sample.
- To send you our newsletter, if you subscribe.

How we use your information
Form submissions are relayed via our internal automation tooling to our sales team so we can respond to your inquiry — they are not stored in a customer database on this website itself. Newsletter sign-ups are passed to Brevo, our email service provider, to manage delivery and your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we only share it with third parties where operationally necessary to fulfil your request (for example, a freight forwarder during shipping, if your inquiry proceeds to an order).
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics (GA4) and, in the future, Google Ads tracking. These only load after you accept analytics/advertising cookies in the banner shown on your first visit — see Google Consent Mode below.

cookies from Google only load after you accept them in the banner. If you reject them, Google
Consent Mode keeps analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization

How long we keep form data
Data forwarded through our internal automation is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and service your inquiry, plus a reasonable period for legitimate business record-keeping (such as accounting or dispute resolution), after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see "Your rights" below.
Email newsletter and unsubscribing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, delivery is handled by Brevo with double opt-in — you'll receive a confirmation email before you start receiving newsletters. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing the address in the site footer.
